Welcome to Talofa Tribe. By creating an account or booking a session you agree to these terms.

The service

Talofa Tribe connects students with independent Samoan language tutors. Sessions happen over external video links (Zoom, Meet, etc.) arranged through the platform. During the beta, use of the platform is free; any payment for tutoring is arranged directly between student and tutor.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Tutor profiles are reviewed before publication. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, harass others, or misrepresent themselves.

Bookings

Bookings are requests until a tutor confirms them. Either party may cancel an upcoming session from their dashboard; please cancel with reasonable notice.

Content

Curriculum content is provided for personal learning. You may not scrape, resell, or republish it.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” during beta, without warranties. Talofa Tribe is not a party to the tutoring relationship and is not liable for the conduct of students or tutors, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
