Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Talofa Tribe collects and how it is used.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, and login credentials managed by Supabase), profile information you choose to share (tutor bios, rates, availability), bookings and session notes, and lesson progress. Authentication and data storage are provided by Supabase; the site is hosted on Vercel.

How we use it

To operate the platform: matching students with tutors, managing bookings, tracking curriculum progress, and sending transactional email (booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, and account emails). We do not sell your data or send marketing email.

Who can see what

Published tutor profiles are public. Your name and profile are visible to tutors or students you book or enrol with. Bookings are visible only to their student, tutor, and site admins. Lesson progress is visible to you, your tutors, and admins.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time. To delete your account and data, email hello@talofatribe.com and we will remove it.
